Green Energy Loans are a very involved, difficult, and expensive process. DLCC and its partners spent more than 3 years to get legitimate and reliable lenders and private equity partners. Most of these deals cannot be funded by a US Bank or similar institution. For this reason, DLCC will NOT accept a project that has been "shopped" by other lenders on a success fee basis because of the expense involved. Although our Success Fee is non-exclusive, there will be a "limited exposure time" exclusion to our funding.
